A very important question before we start with the rest of the questions. You must get the answer to this question directly to complete the rest of the questions.
You have also to check the legality of the company, and the TAX papers related.
#2 Is there an opportunity to adjust the price or get a custom price for our company?

Most agencies have minimum pricing packages with any customer, but here you want to modify the price list to suit your needs and not to reduce anything from the price list. You can also share your thoughts if you manage to reduce the ways of implementing some sort of things, it will affect the final price. You must make sure that the agency is lenient with a good percentage in the price to reach the desired budget.
#3 How many people does the company have permanently employed?

This question will reflect the extent of the stability of the agency’s level in terms of its employees, and also shows the extent of the seriousness of the work that is being implemented within the company and not by relying on freelancers or workers who are not fixed.
This issue also depends on the strength of the company manager and the department manager who will manage your work within the agency if she/he gives a stable environment for the team.

This question determines the way the agency thinks about managing your account as a client, if the agency reaches what you want to reach in the first period directly, you will get quick positive results.

To make sure of the right choice, you should meet with these agencies, to get to know them, are they friendly in dealing? Did you feel comfortable and credible in providing a good service?
#6 When can we start if we agree to what is required and sign the contract?

Of course, after choosing the appropriate agency, you want to start directly at work, this question is important to make sure that the agency has time to manage your account in a good way, and that the agency is not too busy at the moment.
#7 What are the methods of communication that we will deal with?

Let the agencies you have chosen explain to you how to deal with their existing clients? Do they only use emails? Or does it have some other ways of communication such as WhatsApp? And how many weekly or monthly calls do they do?
#8 Will the team responsible for our account have time to work with us and don’t have a lot of work pressure?

This can be a direct question, you need to understand how the work split is work, is each one of the team is doing a part of the job? and if there is any final director that can approve things before you received the work that is done.
#9 Can you share with us the agency’s latest work and portfolio?

You have to check the latest portfolio for the latest clients, is the company creativity is increased over years, or do they have the same quality? check also how the creative things they have done if this is the quality you are expected.
#10 Is there any experience in our industry? Case studies or audits for it?

Another important question is the agency’s experience in the same industry, it is considered a good thing if you find an agency that worked in the same field if not it is considered a normal and natural thing.
