    Google AdWords campaign for Real Estate is something essential since the real Estate Market is a highly competitive field. Google AdWords is working by auction so the important factor is the bid price and also the quality score of the campaign and if you want to work on the quality score we definitely will check the website performance and technical issues to be fixed launching the campaign.

    We start working on this by splitting the campaign’s location and buyer needs including splitting by devices, based on the Google Analytics account we found the gap between users that using mobile or using a desktop so this is a change in the way we are celebrating our users.

    We built this campaign for hiring salespeople, the target is to select the right salesperson “with experience” to join Findwell company, and we built this campaign based on the famous scene “Sell me this Pen” from The Wolf of Wall Street Movie, and another one as a generic post.

    This campaign hits the right person directly and gives the HR team the chance to select the right salesperson to join the team. This campaign was built on Facebook based on leads Forms with minimal form questions.

    Findwell, is a real estate company that needed a web development company to develop it’s website SEO marketing Strategies to appear on google.

    We started working with findwell as a digital marketing consulting agency, to handle SEO marketing for their website. Started by making researches on the website lacks, made a list of the top keywords that are commonly used worldwide, that is related to the real-estate field. After many types of research, we started working on their website using the information we gathered.

    Currently, we are working on technical issues found in the coding of the website, also started adding backlinks to make the website appear more. Then began fixing the website speed by minimizing picture sizes and remove render-blocking JavaScript.
    Within a small time, we managed to lift the websites’ visiting numbers and the work on coding development and content is still taking place step by step.

    A brochure design was also needed for their product marketing and brand marketing.

    Aside from the SEO service we provide for Findwell, a brochure design was also needed for their product marketing, and brand marketing campaign. As a creative agency, we brainstormed ideas for the brochure design. We have a brand awareness since we are working on their website SEO, so we created both design & content related to their website.

    The brochure design looked like a storybook with an introduction and 5 chapters to introduce their luxurious units and fine business properties.
