Peter Mikhael, is the Founder/CEO of Green Mind Agency, a digital agency based in Cairo, Egypt. We are delivering our services to B2B, we found a gap in the Egyptian market and we fill this gap with our experience and straightforward KPIs, we are also delivering services like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management.
Peter started using the computer at the age of 12 in 1995 when Windows 3.5 dominated the devices at this time, learned Excel and Word, and managed to do small things using Excel.
After that, up to Windows XP, he was able to install the Adobe version, which contained Photoshop and Dreamweaver, which enabled him to create the first website in the year 2000. he was 18 years old at this time and it was a very important step for him.
With the encouragement of his parents in this field, he won the third-place award for website design and development, and stay ahead with strong competitors for his age at the time.
After he got the job in NTS company, he was very involved in meetings and discussions with clients, which helped him to know the requirements of the clients, and how to implement them, it was a golden opportunity for him to get the experience of communicating with clients and making the required agreements and modifications.

At the beginning of 2008, he was able to get a job at Tarek Nour for Advertising, which enabled him to expand from a website designer only to enter the world of digital marketing. he got to know many scopes of work, and this success earned him the silver award in 2008 for creating the best website in the field of Advertising in Egypt.

In 2010, he joined Link Dot Net and also developed his performance in designing some games, creating motion graphics videos, and designing ads used in Google Display, and this year he managed to get 3 awards for 3 different sites.
In 2011 he was able to get the ideal job in a global company, Yahoo, he was able to learn how to manage the team and learn how to think about developing the advertising technology department, how to organize the workflow, accelerate the process, and finding suitable opportunities for customers, he learned a lot from that position and from co-workers and managers especially one of his managers was called Mareike Schumacher, he learned a lot from her on how to develop his performance and business way of thinking.
Green Mind Agency
In 2014, it was the year of transformation in his working life when all the employees were laid off including himself from Yahoo and he took advantage of this opportunity to establish the company and called it Green Mind Agency.
After the establishment of the company, he got acquainted with a new level of how to run an entire company, how to get clients, learned how to find job seekers to work in the company, and how to make a system that generates leads every month.
Not only that, but he also understands from a legal perspective how to deal with taxes, governmental papers, and license checkups.
For our way of work, the goal is always unified: to find the best chances of success in the Digital marketing field and deliver it to our clients.
After the Corona pandemic, we were able to find new opportunities in the field, and some companies turned to digital, creating great opportunities for us to develop new services and ideas.
The field of digital marketing is a service and not a product, and this should be reached to our customers in the first place.
For example, creating websites, a special WordPress system was built and developed to be a stable template that can generate more websites in the future for potential clients.
The same idea has been applied in other services we provide, we think like a customer who will buy from our company, and we need to provide the level of services expected from us.
